What is Capillary Schedule: Benefits and How to create one

Hello girls, today’s article is for those who need to revitalize their hair.

Have you ever heard of the hair schedule? It is a treatment to hydrate, nourish and rebuild the hair . Let’s see what this is about!

What is the capillary schedule?

Basically, a hair schedule is a calendar created in order to restore the mass of hair and all the nutrients that we lose.naturally on a daily basis, thus improving the appearance of the hair. We have lost these nutrients naturally, either by exposure to the sun, the use of chlorinated water, very hot water in the shower, pollution, excessive use of the dryer and the iron and so on … Of course, you can ride your hair schedule according to what you like the most. The important thing is that hair needs daily and weekly care because in the matter of hair there are no miracles but care that will give satisfactory results in the long term. This technique gives an incredible result and restores the hair, as it consists of 3 treatments for hydration, nutrition and reconstruction. Before joining the programming, you have to know what your hair needs the most.

Tip : Ideally, stop doing chemical processes during the hair schedule, or start after a chemical treatment.

Hair Schedule: What is it about and how does it work?

The first month of the schedule will be for you to see the results of the treatment with the official program. Once you start to feel that your hair is improving, you can set a specific agenda for yourself, with the processes that best suit your needs. As you can see in the following table, the hair schedule consists of 8 hydrations , one nutrition and one reconstruction per month. Each process takes place on different days.

Note: There is a 48 hour interval between each procedure.

How to build your hair calendar?

First of all, you must know what type of hair you have: if it is dry, oily, etc … and then follow the steps according to your needs.

For example: If your hair is oily , it needs more hydration than nutrition, since nutrition treatments are carried out with petroleum derivatives or pure oil. In itself, your hair already has fat in a more natural way. However, coconut vegetable oil , combined with rosemary, helps in microcirculation, reducing excess fat.

If your hair is dry , you will do the two stages in a balanced way , that is, nutrition (moisturizer) and hydration , because you need both.

If your hair is mixed , avoid applying masks near the roots or using vegetable oils for moisturizing, performing the steps normally.

Note : all hair types require at least a monthly reconstruction to restore the mass and keratin of the hair . But if your hair is damaged by chemical processes , such as highlights, progressive straightening , etc., you can do one every 15 days to restore the appearance of your hair. Then you can only do a monthly rebuild.

Our capillary agenda

This table is our agenda or program that adapts to the needs of the hair. We will start with the official program, which consists of 8 moisturizers a month, or twice a week . When our hair improved in appearance, we changed and began to follow our own agenda. Remember that you can combine depending on the effect you are looking for; that is to say: you like soft hair (hydration) with shine and well nourished.

In the first week , as shown in the table, you should start with hydration to replenish the water in the hair. On the second day of washing the hair, even in the first week, you can do the nutrition (moisturizing), interspersing the day. In the second week you can hydrate and again, in the same week, another (moisturizing) nutrition . In the third week you will have a stage that consists of hydration and reconstruction , every two days of the course. In the fourth week the process is repeated .

We put here the articles that you will need to improve each stage that we explain below:

Tip: There is a 48 hour interval between each procedure.

In summary, in the month you will do 4 moisturizers, 3 nutrition (or wettability) and reconstruction, depending on the condition of your hair (on different days, ok?).

Look and follow the chart, but you can also change the schedule according to the condition of your hair.

What it takes to start your hair schedule

It’s not much, girls!… Just a good moisturizing mask that you have at home . It does not have to be expensive, because what is expensive is not always better. A vegetable oil or a nourishing mask . The vegetable oils are super cheap, last long and give a nice effect on the hair, leaving it nourished, without frizz and very bright. You will also need a liquid keratin to use with the mask, which is also very cheap.

Each product gives an effect on the hair. The hydration is dry and nutrition hair lines and minimizes frizz. You will use them according to what you like in your hair or the effect that you like the most.

Purpose of the capillary schedule

Since you are going to use all 3 forms of treatment, it is possible to treat all hair problems. This schedule provides natural nutrients to the hair that are lost over time due to chemical products and processes.

It won’t do much to nourish your hair if it doesn’t have enough water to absorb the nutrition . So rebuilding your hair won’t help you if you don’t eat well and drink enough fluids to maintain hydration and flexibility.

Reconstruction can stiffen hair and cause breakage. So sometimes we buy a hair mask and the result is bad: it probably dried out because the mask was for reconstruction. So take a look at this article to find out how and what type of hair mask to choose.

For what types of hair is the capillary schedule indicated?

For hair that has been subjected to chemical processes, which is dry, porous, brittle, damaged and dull.

Stages of the capillary schedule:

Step 1: Hydration

For hair to be shiny and smooth, hydration is essential. Hydration does not act deeply on the hair (such as cauterization and reconstruction ), but it is essential for its beauty and health.

Vegetable Glycerin is a natural moisturizer and conditioner; It does not have any chemical change, and thus it is able to obtain better results when it comes to water absorption and retention.

The result of correct hydration is soft, silky and shiny hair.

COMPONENTS OF HYDRATION

Glycerin, Bepanthol , botanical plant extract, elastin, collagen , aloe vera and silicones.

Step 2: Nutrition

The nutrition stage is to replace the lipids of the hair , especially in the dry, in order to compensate for the natural lack of sebum (fat) in the hair.

Products containing oils, butters and other moisturizing ingredients are used in this step. These components, plus the balance of the cream’s composition, will allow the lipids to act on the hair and thus achieve the desired results.

It is through capillary nutrition that it improves the vital energy of the hair, which has somehow been lost by various external agents such as the sun, wind, sea water, chemical products for swimming pools, colorations, among others.

Step 3: Reconstruction

Hair is constantly exposed to various attacks that cause it to become weak, brittle and dry. In addition to chemical processes such as coloring, progressive straightening and other types of straightening, pollution, wind and sunlight also damage the strands. Hair reconstruction is a very effective treatment to treat these problems, restoring hair life and even preventing deeper damage.

The process deposits keratin, proteins, amino acids and minerals in the hair, all the essential moisturizers for the physical structure of the hair. These components treat the outer layers of the hair and are responsible for its shine, softness and natural balance. If you have doubts, see our complete Guide on hair

The results of hair reconstruction can be seen in the first sessions: the hair will already be showing signs of recovery in the texture and they will become stronger and more resistant.
