Sport Detox Healthy Food Plan

What is a Plan with Natural Juices?

A fresh juice plan is a type of detox that involves consuming vegetables and fruit smoothies for a short period of time (usually one to three days). Some programs include one or more shakes per day to provide protein, fat, and other nutrients for energy and to control hunger.

The natural juice plans support the body’s natural detoxification processes, eliminating from our diet: sugar, caffeine, refined foods and other foods and substances that can reduce energy; it also starts a healthier way of eating . Because you have to remember that these types of plans serve as a complement to the type of healthy eating that we carry

The raw, organic shake is the key component of the cleanse due to the nutrients, phytochemicals and antioxidants found in an easily absorbable liquid form.  Gluten-free vegan meals and snacks can be included for people who require more energy, are new to the natural plan, or want a less extreme experience, although if you can avoid them and do it as is. It is recommended to consult with a health professional, especially for cleanings that last more than a day, that is why I prefer the Sport Detox Plan from Drink6, because it includes only one detoxification day and is very complete.

Why choose a Plan with Natural Juices

Most people do not know how to differentiate between a quality product and one that is not, due to my profession I have had to learn things that many do not know and that is when you realize that many brands play with users by deceiving them.

Unfortunately this is the reason why there are so many detractors of this type of healthy diet among people, because the ignorance of not knowing how to distinguish quality products has caused them not to obtain what they were looking for and with reason they were positioned against it.

So, if you are looking for a change of life towards a healthier food, with a trend towards “realfood” then you have to try the Drink6 brand, you will be surprised what you can improve.

After trying various plans with natural shakes, some of them disappointed me a lot…. I’m going to tell you what to look for in these types of products to distinguish them from the rest.

INCH label

As in everything that is bought it is important to learn to read the INCIs, by law it is mandatory to put the order of the ingredients in the proportions that are included for each of them.

Also think that we are cleaning our body, the last thing we would expect is to find preservatives, dyes or artificial thickeners.

So make sure that the ingredients on the label do not contain anything other than the food they sell you, avoiding the above.

Expiration

Why is it important to check expiration, SIMPLE, because we are buying food that we want to keep all its nutrients and vitamins.

There are several factors that indicate that they sell you a product in which the nutrients have been lost , which are:

  • More than 2 months of expiration
  • Glass containers
  • Cardboard packaging

If you see any of these factors, they are indicative that it is pasteurized and even if it says “natural” on the label somewhere, FORGET IT, since you have lost what we are looking for in our plan with natural juices.

Packaging process

In Drink6 it uses the HPP process, which in addition to eliminating any pathogens guarantees that the flavor and properties of the vegetables and fruit are kept in perfect condition.

That is why the expiration date that we discussed in the previous point is important, in addition to its “Cold Press” manufacturing process, all the vitamins in the foods that are processed are maintained.

During a Plan with Natural Juices, the lemon will be your friend

Warm lemon water first thing in the morning is an incredible liver stimulant that starts the cleansing process even before you have your first shake. Warm lemon water is a ritual that I encourage you to maintain before, during and after cleansing for impressive health.

Tips for a more effective plan with natural shakes

  • Dry brushing : Brush your skin dry daily during cleansing to help remove dead skin cells and open pores for the removal process.
  • Exercise: Breaking a sweat is your body’s most efficient method of eliminating toxins. Start the Sport Detox Plan , take a brisk walk or jump rope to help your body generate heat at the cellular level.
  • Eliminate waste: It is not uncommon to see a decrease in the number of times you will use the bathroom as your cleaning continues. Less inside means equalizing less outside. However, it is important that you pay attention to your body’s signals. If you are experiencing detox symptoms such as nausea, but have not eliminated waste from your intestines, you may need to use a herbal laxative or enema.

Understand the craving for needing to chew

If you are experiencing a bad urge to chew some food, first analyze yourself and see if you are really hungry or if it is just a craving for the sensation of chewing.

If the answer is the second, let it go! YOU CAN DO IT.

If the answer is that you are really very hungry and need something extra.

Don’t worry about grabbing a sensible snack and then sticking with the plan. An avocado, a green salad, a piece of fruit, or a small handful of nuts doesn’t prevent all the good you’re doing.

How to prepare our body for a Sport Detox Plan

Guidelines to follow for a pre-cleaning

Preparation is the first step to enjoying a great clean with natural juices.

You can maximize the benefits of your next cleanse by spending a few days preparing. In addition, you will enjoy a more pleasant experience and avoid a possible “healing crisis” by cleaning your diet in the days before cleaning the shakes.

My recommendation is to pre-cleanse 2-7 days depending on your current eating habits and lifestyle. Decide which category below best describes you and follow the recommendations for the appropriate amount of time for your pre-clean.

A fan of healthy eating

If you normally have a healthy diet and you only need a “reset” to be refined again, then 1 or 2 days will surely be enough to improve the success of the Sport Detox Plan.

Weekend Warrior

You eat well most days, spend a bit of weekends, and are looking for a solution to make consistently healthy choices.

Before diving into your purification shakes, you’ll need to spend 3-4 days in your pre-cleanse phase to get rid of traces of caffeine, alcohol, or processed foods.

You fool around with a bad diet

You may have too much to do in too little time if your diet is based on processed or prepackaged foods, and you are not consuming enough fresh, whole food based foods.

To avoid potentially unpleasant detox symptoms and achieve your best Reset, commit to 5 days of a pre-cleanse meal.

Junk Food Addict

Does enjoying fast food, sugary sweets, and sodas in your regular meal sound like what you usually do?

Let your energy levels, metabolism, attitude and digestive system go through a Reset so you can live your healthier and happier life. I recommend that you embark on a 7-day pre-cleanse phase to reduce potential detox symptoms and prepare your taste buds for your Drink6 Sport Detox Plan!

Now that you understand how long you should do the pre-cleaning, what should you do as part of it to get that pre-cleaning? Here are some suggestions:

DRINK MORE WATER

The plan with natural juices reconnects you with the needs of your body . Dehydration is commonly mistaken for hunger, so drink more water to keep your cells hydrated and eliminate that false hunger.

Water is also an important first step in preparing your Sport Detox Plan, as it transports the nutrients to your cells.

REDUCE CAFFEINE

To get the best results during the natural shake plan, you should bring your body to a more alkaline state.

If you typically enjoy coffee or drink sodas, take steps to stop drinking these highly acidic and caffeinated beverages before your Sport Detox Plan.

For coffee lovers, if cutting coffee from your diet is not a personal goal, it is not essential to eliminate it completely during your pre-cleanse. As an alternative solution, you can have a low acid coffee and cold beer or transition to a matcha green tea as a way to get a little caffeine without altering your alkalinity levels.

Eat and drink more fruits and vegetables

Increase your intake of enzymes and start introducing more fruits and vegetables into your eating routine by including at least a few servings of raw fruits and vegetables in your regular diet.

Stay away from animal products

In the 1-2 days before you start your Sport Detox Plan, try to consume only vegetables, cereals, seeds and fruits, that is, strictly vegetable … which means no meat, eggs or dairy products.

If you typically eat more than one serving of animal products a day, try to cut back in the week before your cleanse. Products of animal origin demand more from your digestive system than foods of plant origin.

It’s great for starting to take the load off your digestive system so you’re ready to go once you start with just the shakes.

Eliminate processed foods

The sooner you can eliminate processed foods from your diet, the better. READ THE LABELS OF ALL YOUR FOODS, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SURPRISED.

If you can’t pronounce the ingredient or don’t know what it is, chances are your body doesn’t know what to do with it either and you’re adding to your toxic load (unless of course it’s a seed-like superfood ).

Watch out for junk that masquerades as healthy food with labels like “natural” and other buzzword marketing gimmicks.

How to end the Sport Detox Plan

The day after completing the Sport Detox Plan, eat mostly vegetables, either raw or lightly steamed, and fruits or nuts. The portion sizes should be small and the diet should be very similar to what you did in the pre-cleanse: no sugar, coffee, processed wheat, foods containing gluten, processed foods or dairy.

The next day, include more plant foods, such as beans, brown rice , or quinoa .

Keep adding the foods you would like to have into your regular eating routine.

Re-introduction of food

Some people use the few days after a cleanse to try to identify their reactions to food. It usually takes longer, but it can reveal some reactions to food that might otherwise be difficult to notice.

Typically, keep a diary and reintroduce foods consistently, noting any changes in energy, digestion, cravings, or other symptoms. It is better to use a typical food and quantity, rather than examining the foods and portions that you are unlikely to eat as part of your diet.

For example, on the first day, gluten can be introduced in small amounts one to three times a day (a slice of bread for breakfast, pasta for lunch, etc.). Take note of what happens in the next 24 to 48 hours after reintroducing each food. Wheat is often tasted on a different day than other gluten-containing foods.

Dairy products are another category of foods that are often carefully reintroduced and tested. For example, try having a glass of milk or a few pieces of cheese.

If there is a food that doesn’t suit you, it may still be possible to enjoy it in smaller portions. Some people eliminate it for a period of time, while others just take a smaller amount that does not result in the same reaction.

Another alternative is that there are foods like lactose-free milk that you can eat in the same way. If you have many doubts, it is best to consult a nutritionist or your doctor.

Physical activity during a Plan with Natural Juices

While it’s a good idea to slow down your sports routine during a natural shake plan, normal activity like walking can help stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. Also, try massage therapy (such as Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage , deep tissue massage, and Thai massage), contrast showers, and skin peels, which can be done as part of a regular shower.

Body / mind wellness

Stress can have negative effects on health and can impair detoxification. Allow the mind to rest by incorporating mind / body practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or mindfulness meditation. Try to get enough rest. Go to bed as soon as possible and take naps if possible.
