An anti-aging treatment that works in three specific areas to combat the action of the passage of time: anti-pollution, remodeling and anti-glycation.
To protect the skin from free radicals caused by pollution, use Exo-P; reshapes the facial oval thanks to cross-linked hyaluronic acid and Syn-Hycan; and delays the formation of the end products of glycation with Carnosine.
To check if this is so, we are going to analyze its ingredients one by one. I will summarize it for you below and explain whether or not I would buy this cream, in addition to providing you with other better alternatives.

- Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer : A modified form of hyaluronic acid in mesh form, which has a remarkable water retention capacity, 5 times more than the already astonishing water retention capacity of “normal” hyaluronic acid. This water-filled crosslink forms a smooth film on the skin and continuously supplies the bound water, providing long-term moisturizing benefits. A 2016 research article compared the topical moisturizing effect of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, and found that trans-epidermal water loss (the water that evaporates from the skin) was reduced by 27.8%. Sodium Hyaluronate Cross Polymer is not of animal origin.

- Alteromonas Ferment Extract : Alteromonas is an extract of the gram-negative bacteria, Alteromonas macleodii, which grows in deep water. Due to its polysaccharide structure, it has hydrophobic properties for the skin that can activate the process of hydration and protection of the skin. Polysaccharides also play a vital role in skin repair and rejuvenation, as well as providing a protective barrier to the skin. This extract also has anti-inflammatory properties that are said to help relieve rosacea and calm skin sensitivity.
- Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin : A synthetic or plant-derived carbohydrate that functions as a chelating agent and stabilizer.
- Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalylaminobutyric Urea Trifluoroacetate: TAUT is also marketed under the name Syn-Hycan. It is a skin conditioning agent that has been shown to have biological activity by increasing the production of hyauronan (HA). HA is a very important molecule for skin hydration, however HA levels in the body decrease as the body ages. TAUT has also been claimed to stimulate the production of the decorin and lumican proteins. Decorin and lumican provide collagen fibers with greater structural support by bonding the fibers together to give the skin a fuller and firmer appearance. These claims have been supported by in vivo and in vitro studies. There are only a limited number of products that contain this ingredient due to its relatively recent introduction to the market.

- Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38: An ingredient manufactured by the Sederma brand under the trade name MATRIXYL synthe’6. It is a peptide produced from derivatives of the amino acids lysine and methione sulfone (the latter is synthetic). Palmitoyl-38 tripeptide is a matrichine mimetic compound that regulates cellular activity, wound repair, and collagen tissue remodeling. As its name suggests, Matrixyl Synthe’6 stimulates six main components of the skin matrix and the dermal and epidermal junction. And these are: 1. Collagen I: The main component of the dermis. 2. Collagen III: This type of collagen is produced in the early stages of wound healing, before the initiation of type I collagen synthesis. It is found mainly in elastic tissues, including skin, muscles, and vessels. blood, and decreases with age in favor of collagen I. 3. Collagen IV: It has important properties to stimulate wound healing, since it interacts with keratinocytes, which induces the proliferation of epidermal cells immediately after a skin injury. 4. Fibronectin: A glycoprotein that appears to have a role in stimulating and accelerating tissue repair in vivo. 5. Hyaluronic Acid: Known to facilitate wound repair, hyaluronic acid is believed to improve skin moisture and elasticity. Hyaluronic acid has a proven ability to promote the delivery of active ingredients to the inner layers of the skin. Its free radical scavenging properties indicate that it may also play a role in UV protection. 6. Laminin-5:Along with collagens and proteoglycans, laminins are important components of the basement membrane. Laminin 5 fixes the epidermis to the dermis. It also regulates the migration of keratinocytes, facilitating the healing of the injured epidermis. There is very little independent research for Matrixyl. The only research so far that shows the benefit of this ingredient comes from the brand. That research followed 25 women between the ages of 42 and 70 who had forehead lines and crow’s feet. After two months, the women reported a decrease in the signs of aging of 31% in some cases, and up to 100% in others using a 2% concentration of MATRIXYL synthe’6 versus placebo. Isdinceutics AGE Reverse Cream analysis summary by Isdin
ISDINCEUTICS AGE Reverse Antiaging Facial Cream – 50 ml
The brand highlights 4 active ingredients in its description of the cream, and it is true that they are present in the list, but they are relegated to the lower part of the INCI.
In fact, it also includes other very interesting assets such as vitamin C and MATRIXYL synthe’6, but I don’t understand why the brand puts them in such a low concentration.
It happens like many other commercial brands, it has good assets, but in the wrong proportions. And it makes the difference between a good cream and an excellent cream.
Another problem that definitely loads the product is an irritant ingredient at the top of the list, a PEG, a silicone and an alcohol. It also doesn’t help that a fragrance ingredient reacts with vitamin C (present) to produce benzene, a known carcinogen.
In short, I would not recommend it, there are better formulas.
Alternative
And one of them is Nezeni Cosmetics cream. You have all the analysis and my explanation of why I use it in the link that I leave above. But I can tell you that it has a good percentage of hyaluronic acid, peptides and other anti-aging active ingredients.
And if you live outside of Spain, you’re in luck, because now the brand already ships outside of Spain. Check the conditions on their website.
