Martiderm bases his treatment on epigenetics, a set of processes and chemical reactions that can modify the activity of DNA, without altering its sequence. The treatment prevents damage that affects our genes (such as external factors or the passage of time) and, therefore, our appearance.
The ingredients you use are going to try to promote cell renewal during the night, and increase the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
It’s really new to me, so I’m going to analyze his INCI to see what I can figure out.
And if you are interested in the ins and outs of dermatological creams, I recommend that you read this Analysis of the Best Anti-Wrinkle Creams Recommended by Dermatologists so that you know what the reality is.

- Polysaccharides : Natural component of the skin that can be a good binding agent for water and has antioxidant properties. At the cellular level, polysaccharides work in multiple ways depending on their origin. Some are known for their ability to deliver oxygen to the skin, while others can be used to instantly lift and tighten the skin. In this case, the origin is not specified.

- Caprylic / Capric / Myristic / Stearic Triglyceride : It is a mixed triester of glycerin with caprylic, caprine, myristic and stearic acids. It is considered an emollient and skin replenishing ingredient. It is included due to its blend of fatty acids that the skin can use to replenish its surface and resist moisture loss.

- Hyaluronic Acid : Analyzed in L’Oreal Revitalift Laser X3 Contour as Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid.
- Heptapeptide-15 Palmitate and Copper Heptapeptide-14 Panthothenate: Main components of the X50 Drone, (from the Infinitec company), a solution that stimulates the genetic expression of collagen and elastin, releasing the active substance in a sustained manner directly into the cell. To do this, it uses a peptide ligand to go to a specific receptor on the target cell. A ligand is a molecule that produces a signal by binding to a site on a target protein. Ligand peptides target and bind to specific proteins, signaling the encapsulated ingredient to enter the cell and be released exactly where it needs to be. They state that since administration takes place within the cell, efficacy is guaranteed at really low concentrations compared to other systems where the active ingredient must be at higher concentrations to guarantee some activity.

Summary analysis Epigence 145 Sleeping Cream by Martiderm
If we rely on the fact that the first 5-6 positions on the list are the ones with the most concentration and effectiveness, the Martiderm cream leaves me quite cold. I just see lubricants, conditioners, and emollients.
There are polysaccharides, but their origin is not specified, so we cannot know what their exact function is.
Below we find Argireline, hyaluronic acid (in two different forms) and Dron X50 (a peptide), very good active ingredients that actively act to prevent wrinkles and other aging problems.
Although it must be taken into account that it includes Drone X50, which releases the active slowly, and the effectiveness is equal to low concentrations than if they were higher.
But apart from these, some vitamin, a calming ingredient and another anti-inflammatory, I don’t see anything else that can help our skin.
And yet I do see some ingredients that can harm it, such as PEG, silicones, irritants, and toxic ingredients.
Alternative
Nezeni Cosmetics anti-aging cream also has Argireline and hyaluronic acid in a much higher concentration. It may not have the epigenetic technology or the X50 Drone, but the results are also very good.
It focuses not only on reducing existing wrinkles, but also preventing new ones from appearing, so it is doubly effective.
