We are going to analyze the moisturizing anti-wrinkle cream from a well-known brand, Nivea. This time the male version promises to visibly reduce wrinkles and firm the skin, improve skin elasticity, and protect the DNA of skin cells from external damage.
To verify if this is the case, we are going to analyze its ingredients as always. I will summarize it for you below and explain whether or not I would buy this cream, in addition to providing you with other better alternatives.
To know the truth about commercial creams, I recommend that you read this other article with an Analysis of the Best Anti-Wrinkle and Anti-Aging Creams for Men . Do not miss the part after the analysis of creams, where I explain differences between the skin of men and women, how to read an INCI, the best ingredients that a cream should have, etc.

- Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid: Organic compound used in sunscreens and other cosmetic and beauty products with a sunscreen or SPF component due to its ability to block UVB rays. In the United States it is known as Ensuizole. It has the ability to block UVB rays, but does not protect against long-range UVA rays; Because of this, it is often combined with other ingredients, including Avobenzone, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, or Tinosorb. Although this ingredient is considered safe, the Cosmetic Database classifies it as a moderate hazard, as it is potentially carcinogenic and produces changes at the cellular level. It is also believed to induce DNA strand breaks when exposed to sunlight. In rare cases, it has caused contact dermatitis and allergic reactions.

Summary Analysis Active Age Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizing of Nivea For Men
In this cream we find a little of everything, everything except ingredients that prevent or minimize existing wrinkles.
There are silicones, alcohol, parabens, irritating, sensitizing and potentially toxic ingredients.
The only good thing is that it has 3 ingredients that absorb and block UVB and UVA rays, thus protecting against sun damage.
Little more than this function is what this formula can do, since Creatine, which supposedly stimulates cell renewal and reduces wrinkles, does not have data to support such a claim, so we cannot trust much of its effectiveness.
Alternative
Virtually any other cream is better than Nivea Men’s option, but if you want one that truly prevents and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and lines, I recommend Nezeni Cosmetics cream.
You can see the analysis of its ingredients in the article that I recommended at the beginning, and you will realize that it has many more anti-wrinkle active ingredients, and it does not have silicones, alcohol, parabens, or toxic ingredients.
