In second place appears an AHA, lactic acid, one of the assets that the brand stands out. But its proportion, in this case, seems excessive to me for an acid. So I don’t think it is a highly recommended cream for sensitive skin.
As I progress through the list, I find some moisturizing ingredients, some silicones, and even a sunscreen, something that is never too much.
Although questionable ingredients start to appear from the middle of the list, with concerns regarding developmental and reproductive toxicity, or cancer; irritants, parabens, or with aluminum compounds.
Even one of your sunscreens can cause photosensitivity, behaving similarly to estrogens.
In last place collagen is presented, whose proportion seems ridiculous to me, and its effects will hardly be perceived. I think it is clear that Pond’s cream does not live up to expectations, as it includes everything that a cream should not have.
Alternative
Nezeni Cosmetics Collagen Cream, whose formulation is much more efficient and of quality. The proportion of collagen is much higher, and you save all the harmful ingredients for health that includes Pond’s.
You may not notice this in the short term, but you will notice it in the long term, if you avoid the combined effect of these dangerous ingredients.
