On many occasions, a product is sold with a specific active ingredient, but it is not usually in the right proportion to benefit from its properties.

- Ceramide 3: Natural long chains of lipids (fats) that are the main components of the outer layers of the skin. The skin inhibits the movement of water and controls the loss through its structure, which has a unique composition of 50% ceramides, 25% cholesterol and 15% free fatty acids. Ceramides are necessary for their water-holding ability and adding them to a skin care product helps provide replenishing and restorative benefits. Ceramides used in skin care products are generally derived from plants (wheat germ is a common source) or are synthetic; there is no research to show that one way or the other is preferred over the other. Ceramides work best when combined with other ingredients, such as fatty acids and cholesterol.
- Solanum Lycopersicum Extract / Tomato Extract : Tomato extract with weak antioxidant properties. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is an important antioxidant, but it is more bioavailable from tomato paste than fresh tomatoes. It can also be a potential skin sensitizer depending on what part of the tomato is used, but there is no way to tell on an ingredient label.

- Vaccinium Myrtillus Extract / Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract : Cranberry extract, known for its high levels of anthocyanins and other bioflavonoid antioxidants such as resveratrol and quercetin, which nourish and protect the skin at the cellular level. They are also known for maintaining healthy circulation and for their anti-inflammatory benefits, both when eaten and when applied topically in extract form. It has been associated with skin lightening and conditioning effects, when applied topically.
- Saccharum Officinarum Extract / Sugar Cane Extract : Sugar cane extract, considered an important source of lactic acid, which has the ability to leave the skin soft, due to its exfoliating and hydrating properties. This helps achieve the dual functions of exfoliation and hydration, by removing damaged, dry and dead skin cells and promoting the growth of new ones.

We are facing another case of inaccurate information, another cream that is advertised with hyaluronic acid, when this ingredient is in the low part of the INCI.
I have already commented several times that an active principle such as hyaluronic acid should be among the first 5 or 6 ingredients.
In addition to this teasing, within the formula we also find silicones, alcohol, potentially irritating or toxic ingredients, and parabens.
For me, for many ceramides or antioxidant ingredients that it has, this product is banned.
Alternative
As an alternative, I recommend a product that if it has hyaluronic acid among its first ingredients (specifically in second place), it does not have irritating ingredients, neither silicones, nor alcohols, nor of course, parabens.
