Glycerin is the star of Neutrogena’s cleanser, a very beneficial moisturizer that prevents water from evaporating from the skin.
But surfactants have the highest proportion in the formula, since I have counted up to 8 different ones, and most of them are not mild, but irritating, toxic, or drying.
